By downloading, installing, or using the GnoosiS mobile app, you agree to the following terms.

1. APP USAGE

GnoosiS is a mobile social super-app provided by the Empoorio ecosystem.

• You must be old enough to consent to use of the app under your local law to create an account.
• GnoosiS is provided "as is" during its pre-launch and early-release phases, without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
• You are responsible for the content you post and the accuracy of information you provide.

2. ACCOUNTS

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account (email/password or Google Sign-In).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, including fraud, abuse, or harassment.

3. CONTENT

• You retain ownership of content you post to Fama, Glossa, Diavasi, and your Perfil profile.
• By posting, you grant GnoosiS the license needed to display, distribute, and store that content within the app.
• Content visibility settings (public, private, subscribers-only) are honored according to your configuration.

4. PAYMENTS AND DRACMAS

• Fiat payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal under their respective terms.
• DracmaS (DMS) tips, rewards, and transfers within GnoosiS are subject to KYC checks where applicable.
• Rewarded ad payouts require genuine engagement as determined by the Proof of View system.

5. COMPLIANCE

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of GnoosiS complies with local and international laws, including data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and, where applicable, financial regulations relevant to DracmaS transactions.

6. MODIFICATIONS

These terms may be updated as GnoosiS evolves, particularly around its public launch. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
