Ouranoos Integration ​

Roadmap-speculative

There is no shipped integration between GnoosiS and Ouranoos today. This page describes a plausible direction, not a current feature — treat it as speculative until it appears on the Roadmap as an active item.

GnoosiS's mid-term roadmap includes a marketplace for digital content and services — a natural extension of what creators already do in Perfil and Diavasi. Ouranoos, the Empoorio ecosystem's decentralized storage product, is a plausible fit for hosting that marketplace's digital goods (files, media, licensed content) outside of Firebase Storage, which currently backs GnoosiS's day-to-day media.

Why it could make sense ​

  • Marketplace content (sold, not just posted) benefits from storage with clear provenance and durability guarantees, which is Ouranoos's core purpose.
  • It would let GnoosiS separate "social feed media" (Firebase Storage, optimized for feed delivery) from "purchased digital goods" (potentially Ouranoos, optimized for ownership and persistence).

What's not decided ​

  • Whether the marketplace ships on Ouranoos, Firebase, or a hybrid is not yet decided.
  • No API, SDK, or timeline exists for this integration.
